A 90 minute workshop designed to help build and individuals confidence with inversions. The workshop will go over proper warm-up, conditioning, and technique in order to help train and achieve your handstand. The work beginner level workshop is targeted towards individuals who are working towards their handstands and are trying kick up and hold for 5-10 seconds. The workshop will go over tips and tricks for programming your handstand practice as well as safe entry and exit from your handstand.
